Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BBVB. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return or exchange items purchased from our online store in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
- You may return a product if the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- The product has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
According to Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (online purchase) within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Email and phone number
- Reason for return or exchange (optional)
3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the address for shipping the item back.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to a change of mind: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
- For defective or incorrect items: BBVB will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, as per Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and indicate the replacement item in your request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
